Unbelievable!
Losing a loved one is NEVER easy, and our emotions are heightened during such times on top of that there... are decisions to be made that are very touchy to the core... however calling in, dropping by or emailing Bras & Mattos has been a warm, welcoming, respectful experience and while we are in pain and sorrow they put a smile on our faces and hearts. Ryan was very sincere, kind and professional. In between every time I have called or dropped by other's have been polite, kind and helpful. My last experience was with Ms. Ali Vega, she truly completed the process in an unbelievable warm and professional manner.
One thing in life is guaranteed for sure is death and if I was to pick anyone again it would be the Bras&Mattos Monument Family to do the job!

Bras & Mattos monument was a great place to in finding the perfect headstone.
This was a first time my intermediate... family lost someone close so we didn’t know where to go or what to do. I found bras & mattos monument online and I started exchanging emails with Ryan in finding the right materials for my dads stone. He was very quick with response and helpful.
I made an appointment, so me and my mom went to check the place out. We met Ryan there and he guided us to making the perfect stone for my dad. He worked everything out for us and kept in touch after the appointment which was excellent customer. My family really love and appreciate the final product as we know this would be something we will cherish forever.

My mother and I stopped by to get a head stone for my brother. He passed away not long ago and we decided to stop by a... place that could find easily and hope to make the process as smooth as possible. We stopped in met with one of the owners and we were met with concerned, empathy, understanding and compassion. They treated us with respect and the dignity, the way I feel anyone should in those sad and tender moments in life. I was given a certain dates by my family to meet and the folks at Bras and Mattos answered every email, every call and did everything they said they were going to do. They were patient with me and worked with my aggressive schedule to get things done for me and my family. I come from a large family and having to deal with more than 22 people and what form or another can be difficult. The folks at Bras and Mattos were a bright spot in an otherwise grim part of my life. The folks over at Bras and Mattos were simply amazing. They made me feel welcome and comforted from the moment I walked... in the door. Ryan is incredibly helpful and kind. He's a man of his word and I really appreciate the kind hearts of all the... employees. I have been looking for a perfect and cheap headstone for my uncle for months. With the pandemic going on, it has been... an extremely hard process to navigate. Fortunately, I found Bras and Mattos Monuments on Google and my problem was instantly solved. Thank you Google! Bras & Mattos' website was easy to navigate and gave me all sorts of ideas for ways to properly honor my uncle. He was very religious and they designed a gorgeous headstone with a cross on it. Ryan sat with me and helped me with this overwhelming task. He contacted my cemetery in Colma and made sure I submitted all the right forms and knew what fees I had to pay. He spelled everything out for me in a checklist that simplified everything. His caring nature put me at ease and I couldn't be more satisfied. When we lost my great aunt, the whole family was crushed. When looking to get a custom gravestone made for her, we saw... that Bras & Mattos was very highly reviewed for their quality memorial design work in the bay area. These guys did not under preform. My aunt's memorial is perfect and now stands as a living tribute to her life in Holy Sepulchre along side my great uncle. Big Thanks to Bobby and Ryan for helping make the designing process so smooth. It was a very nice way to grieve by designing her memorial with our whole family and share her stories. The boys at Bras & Mattos really helped us celebrate her more than we could have done alone.

When everyone in America is feeling uncertain and down, I hit the jack pot. Losing a loved one is the most unimaginable... thing ever and I knew NOTHING would make things better. I was right. However, I left Bras & Mattos Monuments feeling like I "had a friend" I was going through this with. I felt like my family was in good hands. We designed a memorial that I was proud of. I am not sure what I would have done without this group of people. They navigated me through the process while making me feel like I was a part of their family. I have NEVER dealt with a business as compassionate, kind , skilled and professional as this one! they inspired me to... write a review which i have never had a reason to do so. Had a relative pass away this past week who wanted to be cremated and with an extremely short notice i needed a memorial for the yard in an garden art form to be dedicated while the family was present. the memorial was 3 hours away and i knew with the notice in regards to time i gave was impossible to get done and i was sad knowing no memorial was going to be placed. BUt God bless this company. the son on his day off drove 40 miles to his shop , did the work, drove it back to me! the care he should and the quality in his(their) work was amazing...everyone at the memorial commented on the beauty of the work, such a blessing it was to see how touched the family was. what bras and mattos did for us i wouldnt even expect from a friend let alone a business..not only will i continue doing business with them but i feel i gained a wonderful person im grateful to call my friend, i will always feel gratitude and love for bobby! do yourself a favor give them a try i strongly recommend them , and not just memorials they create amazing other items as well! wife wants 2 bird baths with the dragonfly's on them =)
