Eden Memorial Pet Care Inc. was started more than 17 years ago by Dr. Ennis J. Ogorsolka (Dr. “O”) and his daughter Christine Ogorsolka Johnson.

Between Dr. O’s experience of being a veterinarian for more than 40 years, and his daughter’s entrepreneurial expertise, the business grew quickly from a service provider to veterinarians to also include a personal, direct service to local pet owners.

Dr. O pioneered personal pet cremation in San Luis Obispo County more 20 years ago when he noticed many local veterinarians’ clients having difficulty deciding what to do with their beloved pet after death.

More and more clients were unable to take their pet home for burial for different reasons – but now there was another alternative to home burial – cremation.
